- Track tasks and ensure everyone has visibility to task status. Keep everyone in the group informed about the status of tasks assigned to you.

- Optionally create a checklist against a task to ensure the “conditions for completion” are crystal clear. Task doesn’t get completed until all the checklist items are checked.
